What size ring should I get?

Your ring size depends on what finger you want to wear the ring on. Have a look at our ring sizing guide to help you choose the right ring size.

If you can't find the size you are after in stock, try our custom order service. We can custom order most rings in our range.  Contact us for more information. 

What size bracelet should I get?

Do you want a snug or loose fit for your new bracelet? Have a look at our bracelet sizing guide to help you choose the right bracelet size.

What size necklace should I get?

Are the stones natural?

All the stones used are natural semi-precious stones, which we source from all over the world. A small number of stones are dyed to give it the vibrancy of colour, and where they are dyed stones this is reflected in the product description.

What is the quality of the Silver?

All silver is 925 Sterling Silver, and the Solid Sterling Silver pendants are 100% sterling silver throughout the pendant (ie. not silver plated).  Unless specified, all other silver all chains are Sterling Silver plated. 

If I purchase a pendant, what length do the chains come in?

There are 4 chain lengths available - 18", 20", 22" or 24". All chains are a Sterling Silver plated Snake Chain. When you place your order, please specify which chain length you would like.

What is the shipping cost?

For a limited time, FREE shipping is available within Australia for all order.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of your order being received, through Australia Post. See our shipping page for more information.

How can I track my order?

All orders go via Registered Post.  If you provide a email address we can advise your Registered Post tracking id, and you can track it via the Australia Post website: https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/track.html#/track. See our shipping page for more information.

What is your return policy?

Maybe it isn't your size. Maybe it isn't quite what you thought. Maybe it's just not totally you. Purchases can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase in original packaging.  See our returns page for more information.

Do you have a Loyalty Program?

You may notice an "Earn Rewards" button on our website. By using this button you can earn points to redeem for discounts on our store.  You earn points by creating an account, referring friends, and through purchases.  Check out the Earn Rewards link in the top left hand corner of our site for some great savings.
